The L.A. Weekly calls it: "An ambitious black comedy", "Martina Geller exhibits expert comic timing", "Playwright Avigdori effectively punches up the black comedy". SYNOPSIS: The "Palestinian Connection" is a play about two Israelis, Joseph and Cohen, who find a Palestinian walking in Tel Aviv with a bag full of explosives. Their plan is to hold him until he reveals information about his Organization. Things get complicated when he disappears along with Joseph's fiancée, Betty. The "Palestinian Connection" is an hour and a half of suspense, combined with black humor and an ending which resembles our despairing reality. This fictional story shows the twisted reality of our everyday lives. The play does not take any political side nor does it support any particular party. It's simply a story that needs to be told. "At a time when a human's life is no longer top priority and taking one's life seems easier than saving one, we turn to the arts to put us back on track."
